Transparency is being seen and known for who and what we are: intelligent women struggling to find identity and balance in our modern world. Allowing ourselves to be truly seen is one of the hardest things we have ever done, and we struggle with fear, aridity and despair. Yet without transparency there can be no awareness, and so being seen is necessary to all that we do here.
Having a safe place to reveal ourselves and be accepted can give us the courage to be more authentic in every aspect of our lives. Even more important, seeing the beauty in the transparency of others inspires us to courageously reveal ourselves.
